Hi guys
Sorry I've not posted for a while
I've been ill, more than usual
After getting over the flu I came down with Christmas day,
I got 'gastric flu' (we think) on Tuesday
It was bloody horrible!!
I did however lose half a stone...just to keep it off now!
I'll post again soon, still recovering
