I've seen the Enrapture range popping up on various blogs for so long now

My hair is naturally in between wavy and straight and looks pretty naff when left to it's own devices so I normally straighten it as the easy option

In the past I've used numerous different curling tongs but they always take up to 45mins to achieve a curly bonce, burn my hands/head/body, make me look like a poodle or the curls just don't last

So yeah I've never had much luck in achieving the curly hair of my dreams

Nowadays I don't so much covet curly hair but more the beachy, natural waves

I'd tried achieving this with my GHD's  but it just doesn't work and I end up straightening the half arsed waves 

The jumbo waver looked like the perfect option but for £60 it's a little steep for something that may not work for me

But my Mum has about £80 of boots advantage points which I persuaded her to let me use to purchase it

The day before I was going to pop down to my local Boots to get my hands on my new toy I was in Tesco looking for the L'Oreal top coat and I saw the electrical beauty all half price and nestled in the shelves was the whole enrapture range

The Jumbo Waver and Totem Styler are both just £30.00 at the moment and the Heated Rollers are £39.50 considering they are still full price for £60/£80 in Boots I consider that to be a bargain! 

And I love what they do to my hair

The waves are natural and last all day

It's easy to use but kind of hard to get used to as it is rather large so if your clumsy like me it's a little cumbersome to start with

The first time I styled my hair it took about 30mins and today only took me 25mins so I'm getting quicker whilst getting used to it

I whole heartedly recommend picking up some of these if your after the perfect, natural looking wavy hair

It's so on trend with the collar tips and dipped hem, which you can't really see here

I love it, in fact I wore it for a job interview recently as well

It was only £14 I think as well which is amazing!

This was my outfit of choice, I couldn't decide what to wear so I made a last minute dash to Tesco in my lunch break and came out with this pink number, not bad for £15..

Tesco seems to be excelling in high street fashion now, before when It was deemed embarrassing to buy clothes from Tesco seems so long ago now!

Since the warm weather has disappeared (boo) I've dragged the jeans out once again

The other day I went to the cinema with my lovely Mum to see Prometheus

It was awesome! I'm such a film geek though.

Last week we saw Snow White and the Huntsman which I thoroughly recommend

I swear to you, I'll be there for you

I am loving all of this sunny weather and taking full advantage of every minute I'm not spent cooped up in Topps Tiles...the place is like a green house it's so damn hot! 
On recent shopping trips I've been stocking up on summery clothes and I finally get to wear them, so happy :)
So here's a couple of outfits from a lovely sunny weekend

New look seems to be the only place I shop at the moment, might have something to do with only shopping with my Mum and she loves the place

I wandered into the Inspire plus size section and found this little jacket, being a size 18 its slightly oversized but I think the style definitely benefits from that and I love it, keep chucking it on top of everything

I'm also loving my Benefit Browzings kit

Much better than a pencil and I can see it lasting ages too

I'm thinking about dedicating a whole post to it



With the above outfit I also wore this little guy

I love anything with an animal motif and this instantly reminded me of Kenya

For £4 I couldn't leave him behind

Look of the night and a sneaky little purchase

Another week full of ups and downs

I had a big old cry the other day and got a lot of my system so feel in general 10 times better

I've learnt that my friends are even more indispensable than I originally thought and really appreciate everything they've done for me recently

Been bad with the gym this week, hurt my back on Wednesday and only went back today

Didn't want to do any further damage :)

Only lost 1lb this week but it's better than  nothing and after last weeks big loss I wasn't expecting a miracle

After all that's still half a stone in two weeks

I've got a mini superdrug lots of goodies to post at some point but I'm off to the Excel make-up show tomorrow and will probably have a few more beauty bits to post so I'll just put them all together 

Friday night I went out with some friends

It all started ok, ended with some drama

Typical it was a girl who turned up later in the evening who caused said drama and ruined the night, this is why I'm not friends with many girls anymore

Hopefully next time will be better

I did however learn I'm not that bad at pool

Last week they got me bowling, this week pool...what next!?

 These little beauties are my new favourite boots

I've been thinking about getting some worker/hobo/whatever boots for a while

But every pair I've tried on make my legs look funnny

I bought a pair which looked alright in the shop and when I wore them out at home felt they looked a bit odd...now I can't take them back though :/

When I popped into Tesco for Despicable Me on Tuesday Mum and I had a wonder around the clothes

I fell in love with another pair of boots but they only had size 5's and weren't getting anymore in as they were old stock, sad times!

I saw these and thought they would look terrible on, cut my legs off in a bad place

But on trying them on I was pleasantly surprised as to how flattering they were

They go with everything, so happy with my little tesco booties

And they only cost (my Mum) £18 :D

I felt over-dressed but also felt really good in what I was wearing

And got some compliments, considering I was mainly out with guys I was shocked!

 I kept my face quite natural and used Nars Orgasm blush

 I attempted a smokey eye

Using a few shadows from my AIW Urban Decay pallette and two new MUA shadows

Finished off with loreal superline and Dior Black out mascara

Just a slick of coral gloss on my lips as my eyes were quite dramatic

I wore contact lenses as well so my eyes really stood out for a change

"Jingle Bells"

This has been a pretty crazy week

Monday I was working with my Mum and finishing up all my essays

Tuesday I trekked it up to uni for all of 10 minutes but I needed to hand an essay in so it was necessary

I did however meet my Dad in Covent Garden, he's working on some windows in the London Film School. Had a cup of tea and wander with him and then spent two hours in Covent Garden myself.

Finally got me some MAC foundation and so far I LOVE it :) 

Wednesday had the rest of my deadlines

Rest of the week's just been full of working, gym, seeing Gavin and being cold (our boiler's broken :( )

I've over done it with the gym this week and my hips have been sooo bloody painful but I soldiered on

So happy their all finished.....

I'm feeling pretty crap at the moment, I've put on a fair bit of weight and I have no idea why :(

I go to the gym at least 3/4 times a week (except when deadlines are looming) I eat averagely healthy, not perfect but it isn't terrible. I just don't know what to do anymore

On the plus side I'm loving this MAC make up

The MUA was extremely helpful with finding my correct shade and showed me how to apply without looking like a 'creepy dolly' (Gavin's words, not mine) 

Hopefully my skin will stop breaking out as I'll be using less product, fingers crossed!

Popped into Tesco yesterday and bought this jumper, I've had my eye on it for a while and it was reduced to £8, had to have it! 

I also bought a taupey colour, holey jumper. 

I went in there looking for some pretty dresses but nothing caught my eye, oh well!

I've been looking at a few things I'd like to by in the New Year and feel I need to do some MAJOR saving! 

Or win the lottery... either would be helpful.

I'm off to get in a Christmassy mood and cook dinner

Snuggly night in with Gavin is on the cards me thinks :)
